Description: Bancroft Recreation Ground has been providing a place of relaxation and leisure for residents since before the Second World War. The park houses many specimen trees, shrubs and flower beds, and also has a bowling club, tennis club and during the summer months, a popular Splash Pad. The multi-use games area offers a range of sporting activities including basketball, kickabout football, netball, tennis and cricket practice. The park also has play areas, a band stand, toilets, and there is a pay andamp; display car park next to the park. A pleasant location for filming and photography.
