Description: On the edge of Baldock, just off the A507 North Road, sits Ivel Springs Local Nature Reserve. The springs, which are the source of the River Ivel, help to sustain woodland, wetland and pasture. This carefully managed mixed habitat provides homes and food for many species of wildlife. Features include a wildflower meadow, allotments, and way-marked walks. A lovely location for filming and photography.
